It is believed that the total number of Bengal Tigers in the world is 4000 and around 1000 of them are in India. The Asian Elephant, largest of the land mammals can also be seen here. Corbett National Park houses around 590 species of birds, more than 25 reptile species and around 50 species of mammals. The park is a heaven for wildlife lovers.
