How To Work With Tasks via Banckle CRM
Following are the step-by-step instructions to manage your tasks:
2. From the Dashboard screen, click Tasks tab.
3. You can view all your uncompleted tasks on the right hand side of the screen.
Note: You can also view your pending tasks under Your Tasks area on the dashboard.
4. To add a task, click Add sign at the left hand side as shown in the screenshot below.
5. Fill the relevant fields and click Create.
Note: You can also create task from the dashboard screen under the Task figure box by clicking Add New Task.
6. Click Tasks tab again.
You newly created task will be added in the pending tasks list. On the left hand side of the screen, you will find the following few options:
- Today: Displays the tasks that were added today.
- To-Do: Shows the list of tasks which needs to be done.
- Favorites: Displays the tasks that are selected as favorites.
Note: Tasks can be selected as favorites by clicking on the star sign.
- Done: Displays the list of completed tasks.
- All: Shows the list of all tasks from the start.
Note: It also displays the tasks which are not in the pipeline and fully completed.
