Internet-based medical claims clearinghouse capitalizes on record growth to move up six spots in publication’s annual ranking
Atlanta, June 20, 2012—Navicure, a leading Internet-based medical claims clearinghouse for physician practices, today announced its inclusion on the 2012 Healthcare Informatics HCI 100 list. The company ranked 87th on the list, which is six places higher than it ranked in 2011. This marks the third consecutive year Navicure has been included on the list.
For over 20 years, Healthcare Informatics’ HCI 100 has ranked the largest public and private HIT companies based on annual revenue for healthcare IT products and services sold in the United States. The 2012 list was based on revenue from fiscal year 2011. During this period, Navicure recorded more than $39 million in revenues, which is a 27.5% increase from their 2010 revenue. Navicure’s inclusion on this list comes on the heels of the company’s announcement that it had a record breaking first quarter in 2012 by adding 344 practice locations and a 24% increase in revenue compared to the first quarter of 2011.
