Jennifer had to research and learn how to lose the fat but through diet and exercise Aniston was able to drop 30 pounds and land the role on Friends that really launched her career. The diet Jennifer Aniston used and continues to use even today is called the zone diet. This diet consists of combining a ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fat at every meal. Perhaps no celebrity has been as passionate about nutrition as Alicia Silverstone. She has recently published a book about her experience of becoming a Vegan. This involves cutting out meat and dairy from your diet completely.
