Because she knew that drinking water is the best way to boost metabolism and to lose weight, so she decided to create this new video in order to boost her video about the blueprint for losing 20 pounds in a month.

All the women that took part in the experiment were subscribers of HJ, and were very happy to help her prove her point that drinking more water can help losing even 20 pounds. All of them were 30 or more pounds overweight, and between the ages of 40 and 52.
The experiment lasted for 2 months, and in that period of time all the women drunk at least 4 liters of water, followed a 1800 calories per day eating plan and didn’t even exercise. They only took daily walks for 30 minutes, every evening before bedtime and cooked themselves the food they ate.
At the end of the 2 months, all the results completely blew HJ’s mind. All the 20 women lost at least 10 pounds and also felt more alive and full of energy. Some of them, have even did lose 20 pounds, just because they ate only complex carbs, veggies and proteins, and no sugar. This is the reason why she recommends everyone who wants to lose 20 pounds to start drinking lots of water.
