Richmond, VA — February 19, 2014 Advanced Patient Advocacy, LLC (APA) announced today that Rodney Napier, Chief Marketing Officer and Kim Peppers, Director of Learning Management, will speak at the upcoming HFMA 2014 Dixie Institute being held in Mobile, Alabama on February 25th - 28th.
Mr. Napier and Ms. Peppers will give their presentation “APA 101: Navigating Through Process” to an audience of hospital executives in Accounting, Finance, Patient Financial Services and Revenue Cycle Management. Their presentation will begin by discussing APA’s journey of being awarded a Federal Patient Navigator Grant in 4 states but will primarily focus on the lessons that have been learned from assisting consumers and provide valuable insight for hospitals when developing an effective Exchange enrollment process.
