Pacific Funding International helps put Americans back to work with new Projects and Programs, despite tough economic times.
San Diego, CA, August 16, 2013 -- Pacific Funding International VP of Communications, Mark Taylor today announced their intent of investing and closing $1 billion in business and real estate developments over the next year to help pump up the American Economy.
For the 3rd quarter of 2013, Pacific Funding International (http://www.pacificfundinginternational.com), is on track to close and finance over $200 million in projects across the United States. “This country was built by entrepreneurs, and unfortunately many of them are being turned away for loans, by their bank. Pacific Funding will strive to achieve its goal of $1 billion capital infusion into our economy, by helping these entrepreneurs, when their bank has said, No”, states Taylor.
Taylor further states, “we understand what our clients need from a lending perspective and have designed new lending programs along with its partners to get businesses and real estate projects the funding they need. With these new programs in place we are aggressively looking for investment worthy projects with strong management teams both domestic and foreign – including startups, refinancing, green energy and all types of commercial real estate.” Pacific Funding has funded projects and businesses in the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica. “We focus on joint venture relationships, equity leveraging and asset based lending programs. We have numerous lending partners both domestically and overseas to fund projects from $500,000 to $1 billion.
Our goal is to build long lasting relationships with our clients,” states Taylor. In further news, Pacific Funding has hired Paul Ponting, Senior Loan Director for Costa Rica. “Ponting will spearhead a concentrated effort to recapture market share in Costa Rica. Ponting is a veteran in the finance industry with 25 years of experience.
