The University of Ulster is holding a series of open days for students looking to apply for courses through clearing.

Due to take place at the University’s new London and Birmingham campuses, the open days will give students the opportunity to have face-to-face meetings with admissions tutors, which could lead to an on-the-spot offer of a university place.

Those at the events will have the chance to be amongst the first to tour the campuses and find out about available courses in Accountancy, IT courses and Business Studies.

Run in partnership with QA Business School, the campuses in London and Birmingham offer University of Ulster accredited degrees starting from just £6,000.

Both campuses will host the clearing open days on the following dates:

Birmingham:

Thursday 16th August

Saturday 18th August

Saturday 25th August

London:

Friday 17th August

Friday 24th August

Saturday 25th August

William Macpherson, from QA Business School, says: “We are looking to attract students going through clearing that are searching for a degree course offering both value for money and excellent job prospects.

“With campuses in convenient city centre locations, we are keen to show potential students our impressive new facilities and give them the chance to talk to somebody face-to-face about: what life will be like at QA Business School and the courses we offer.

“We will be in a position to offer places to suitable candidates on the spot and explain the numerous benefits of studying at a private institution, especially one which has industry connections as strong as ours.”

Clearing operates between mid-July and September. For more information, visit http://www.qabs.ulster.ac.uk/
