In her new role, McCann will oversee all of Alliance’s internal operations across the US. McCann’s team is responsible for understanding the needs of Alliance’s associate agents and customers and implementing the insurance agency management systems necessary to meet their needs faster and with more efficiency. Key areas of focus for McCann include streamlining the recruitment of new independent agencies and revamping Alliance’s internal customer relationship management (CRM) technology.

For nearly a year, as COO of Alliance Insurance Group, McCann has worked to strengthen the Alliance associate agency network across Colorado and Arizona by working to understand what they need in order to provide deeper value to their clients. Under McCann’s watch, Alliance’s agency partner revenue has increased by nearly 25%.
McCann has more than 30 years of experience across insurance and finance. Before joining Alliance Insurance Group, she held positions ranging from Director of Finance to Controller for companies such as Source Office Products, PSA Security Networks, Honnen Equipment and Adobe Equipment.
