Online electronic gadgets shop FocalPrice launched a competition on their Facebook wall last Wednesday which rewarded people with custom-made coupons. The site invited people to choose one item, post it on the Facebook wall of FocalPrice and then share the links offered by FocalPrice with their friends. Every 20 likes would gain 1 dollar coupon.
Vincent Lee, Public Relations manager for FocalPrice, said with 70,000 products in stock it was sometimes difficult for FocalPrice to provide coupons for the exact products customers wanted.
“Though we tried hard to provide coupons for some items which we thought people needed, it always went athwart,†said Mr. Lee. “Customers ask if FocalPrice could let them make their own coupons. Finally we make it.â€
According to Mr. Lee, FocalPrice wanted to make sure that all the products in store were accessible to people in every sense of the world.

Vincent Lee added at last, “FocalPrice will launch more similar competitions in the future. Another campaign will be launched this Wednesday.â€
