The real estate industry has been much maligned for delays in construction and not delivering on time. This may have caused lot of pain to the customers.
But what about the reverse? What happens when the developer builds on schedule & is slated to deliver on or before time? A case in point is the  M3M Woodshire at Sector 107, Gurgaon near Dwarka Expresway. The schedule for delivery is being religiously followed and the company is targeting to complete the project by December 2015. What is amazing, is that M3M have kept their promise & schedule despite any effect of the market condition. In fact substantial portion of the project is ahead of the schedule. This means investment towards the construction of the project has been unfaltering. Indeed, this has shocked the industry and set an example for other developers to follow. Unfortunately, this may have hit some speculators, who were looking to exit by selling at a profit without completing the payment plan.
 
 
Few customers have approached M3M to offer a sympathetic plan in order to help them out individually as they have been caught on the wrong foot. As M3M is a customer centric company, they have reached out and facilitated the payment by offering PLP & Freedom Plan to offer an empathetic solution to valued customers.
