Pearson Toyota is ready for the ‘Made in America’ theme that Toyota will be displaying at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show.
NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia - Pearson Toyota (pearsontoyotascion.com) is excited for the new direction Toyota is taking its display at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show in this year. The company intends to showcase its successes in America because the company understands how important ‘Made in America’ is to their American buyers. Almost 70 percent of all Toyota models sold in America are also built in America.
Toyota’s 45,000 square-foot display area will showcase their award-winning models including the all-new Avalon that will be displayed on top of a glass platform and will incorporate a virtual reality program that gives customers insight into the new car. The new Corolla Furia Concept will also be displayed. The Corolla is Toyota’s best-selling vehicle and they have tried to maintain that status by updating the Corolla into a sportier and more aggressive model than those before it.
Returning to Chicago this year is the Toyota Fun-Vii. This car was designed to connect the car wirelessly with the infrastructure and roads. This concept model will act as an interactive display for the customers at the Chicago Auto Show. The Toyota Driveland game will also be present. The game uses gestures instead of a joystick or wheel to play.
As part of Toyota’s ‘Made in America’ theme, Toyota will have a NASCAR garage complete with a Toyota Sprint Cup car and the Toyota pace car. The company will also have the Toyota Tundra CrewMax, the pickup truck that towed the retired Endeavour space shuttle to the California Science Center, on display.
