COLUMBUS, Mississippi – Carl Hogan Automotive in Columbus, Mississippi announced this week that pricing has been set for the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero.
“The all-new Dodge Dart is a groundbreaking vehicle, offering features and benefits never before offered in a compact car,” said Reid Bigland, President CEO – Dodge Brand. “The new Dart Aero builds on these attributes by combining a remarkable 41mpg with interior room of a mid-size car and class-leading technology, style and safety, for a MSRP of $19,295 (excluding $795 destination).”
The Aero is the Dodge Dart’s most fuel-efficient model, achieving an EPA-estimated 41 highway miles per gallon rating. The award-winning 1.4L MultiAir Intercooled Turbo engine combines with aerodynamic enhancements, light-weight aluminum chassis components, and low rolling resistance tires to obtain the rating.
The Dodge Dart Aero comes standard with several features including 10 standard airbags, four-wheel antilock disc brakes, electronic stability control, cruise control, auto headlamps, air conditioning with micron filter, power windows and locks, power mirrors, remote keyless entry, leather-wrapped sterring wheel with audio controls, projector headlamps and class-exclusive LED “racetrack” taillamps. It also offers an 8.4-inch touchscreen media center and 7-inch TFT reconfigurable gauge cluster.
The Dodge Dart was also recently named an IIHS Top Safety Pick, earning the maximum possible rating in each of the four crash tests used by the IIHS. The crash tests measure occupant protection based on four tests that simulate rollover, rear, side and moderate-overlap frontal impacts.
