The 2013 Buick Encore is powered by 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that generates 138 horsepower and 148 lb.-ft. of torque while still returning 25 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. The Encore returns a combined rating of 28 mpg, making it the most fuel efficient domestic crossover on the market. The 2013 Encore’s boasts a lower EPA-estimated annual fuel cost than any 2013 crossover at just $1,900.
