On a personal note Donna tells us that “this will be a particularly difficult Mother’s Day for me as I lost my daughter 7 years ago and she was the mom of her then two year old granddaughter” and that “this will be the first Mother’s Day my brother’s and I have to celebrate without our Mom.” “It has been so hard to see my granddaughter Alyssa grow up without her Mom and absolutely heart breaking to think of losing a Mom at such a young age. And what do you say to that child when she asks about why GOD took her Mommy to heaven so soon. It has made me so much more appreciative of my loved one’s and that time is so very precious and every moment should be cherished, because you just never know when your last “I love you” will be heard or that last hug will be felt by them.”
